BOUTIQUE HOTEL DESIGN

The project includes a café,restaurant, reception room and 3 rooms. Each room has its own toilet and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor of the old building were demolished, the collapsed areas were added to the new rooms and a larger room was made. At the same time, a wall was added to the upper floor in the middle of the corridor and additional space was added for the wardrobe. The ceramics on the ground floor of the entrance floor continued in the corridor and in the cafe part of the additional building. Similarly, there is another ceramic in the corridor of the upper floor. The stairs of the old building were changed and a more modern staircase was designed. Pastel colors were used in boutique hotel. The use of pastel colors is to make the interior brighter. The exterior of the building is designed as iron and glass. This allowed more light to enter the space. 2 rooms on the ground floor were redesigned for cafe and restaurant
